Sono Americano nativo e ho studiato l'italiano piu che 50 anni fa. Abitavo a New Jersey dove ci sono multi genti Italiani. Quando partavo il paese non avevo l'opportunità. Adesso abito a Oregon, USA e 2 anni fa inscritavo un grupo italiano (meetup) ma mio italiano non è troppo bene). So che faccio multi sbagli e ho un'idea. Se voule impara l'inglese Posso scrivere queste parole in inglese e poi traddurre.

The Left seems to find justification to attack Far Right groups and violate their 1sr amendment rights because they believe that the Nazis and KKK Should be attacked because they represent evil. Well the Far Left wants Socialism and that is the prelude to Communism. Isn't Communism more of a threat against Democracy and Freedom in America today than Nazis or the Ku Klux Klan?

The devastation of that Island nation is still a big News topic but I never heard anymore about the hurricane.

I bought a 5 acre piece of property over 30 years ago and have spent more on Improvements over the years (access road, Underground utilities, well construction, etc.) I see when calculating Capital gains that the amount to be taxed is based on the income tax bracket, purchase price and selling price. I have spent much more on improvements than the purchase price. Can I also deduct those improvements from the selling price to calculate the capital gains tax?

Especially with a Republican majority in Both houses and after having called all Republicans and Conservatives Deplorable along with all the insulting names.
