My neighbor has been giving me problems since he has moved in to the apartment building because my 10 month old likes to scream at everything he touches. Now he hit the all time low and called cps on me stating that my husband and I were yelling and swearing at our son and we threatened harm upon him if he did not shut the **** up. Well my son happened to be with my mother at the time this "threat" happened. A police officer showed up and asked questions and told me cps was involved due to the "threat". He realized that my child was not home like my neighbor stated and took some info down and left. Now even though the cop came over and seen that it was a faulse accusation will cps still come over and do their own investigation? Even though my child was not home. Thank you all for your answers.

I want to turn in the auto collision shop that's working on my car. My car has been in the shop since January 16th for a new motor. Well the idiots recived my insurance claims checks on January 25th. That whole time I was assuming they had already sent out for a new motor, well they didn't. They sent out for a new motor on January 28th, 2 days after being paid for work they have never done. Finally on February 5th they started work on it. Well even now, they aren't done with my car. I have missed 2 weeks of work, I'm about to lose my job. I have an infant at homthreat has missed doctors appointment. ( I don't have family around and a taxi from my place to the doctors is 80 bucks there and back I'm poor right now) My rental agreement through my insurance ran out a week before they started my car (again during the time I was renting I assumed they were already working on my car). Today I called up bitching wondering why my car has not been finished, he told me today this afternoon and hung up on me. I called back around 2 and they told me they won't be done until tomorrow and they told me not to call back they will call me. Now they wont even answer my calls. My insurance company has even called them and they won't answer. This should have been a 3 days job maybe even a week if that. Anyways, my question is, who can I call to complain? Is there a website maybe? Thank you so much to all. I'm seriously so stressed out and about to go nuts.

Has anybody else heard of this new "mitt Romney law" about kids under 4 can not be claimed on tax returns. My husband and i tried to claim our 10 month old and was told about this new "law". However I work with a lot of people with kids the same age and they had no problem claiming them.

The roads were covered in snow and something was burried under the snow on the road, I ran it over because I did not see it and about 10 mins later my car died. It put a hole in the motor. I have full coverage with my insurance but I don't know If they would cover damage or say its my fault even though I did not see what it was.
