some one in my church burned up my mixer after i told them not to change the speaker connections

the church agreed to pay for the repairs.

the mixer i got back was not mine.

i took it back to the store with my original reciept to show them that the mixer the store gave me was not mine.

the person working there told me that someone would find mine later that day.

I came back later

they told me the power supply was blown and would cost over 200 dollars to fix.

after a year of run around and stories no work was done on my mixer or parts ordered.

the pastor gave them a check for the repairs already.

and they tried to give the check back

when they took my mixer in for repairs they should have written down the model and serial number of my mixer.

does the store have to complete the repairs on my mixer?
