I filed the incorrect FAFSA?
I accidentally filed the FAFSA form for the 2013-2014 school year when I meant to file it for 2014-2015!
I want to file the correct one, but the problem is that the priority deadline for my college of choice was late February, and it is now the beginning of April when I realize my mistake.
Does this happen to a lot of people, and do those people end up okay?
How do I correct my error? Or am I doomed?
Thank you.

My girlfriend of 5 months wants to hang out with her best friend that's a guy. I know him and he knows me pretty well. It's really sketchy because she used to have really strong feelings for him, before we started dating.
I thought I'd be okay with it, but when she told me she was having coffee with him, it immediately made me uncomfortable with it. (She tells me everytime she hangs out with him and assures me nothing will happen).
I tried to address my concern to her, but she felt like I was making her choose between me or him, and that I was being completely unrational.
This wasn't the case I wanted to present, but it seemed like whatever we do, one or both of us would be unhappy.
I want don't want to restrict her freedom and tell her what she can and can't do, but at the same time, I don't want to have to feel like I'm sharing her with another guy.
She doesn't want to stop hanging out with her best friend, but at the same time, she doesn't want me to feel the anxiety.
I feel like there's no compromise where both of us end up happy. I don't want to break up, but I don't want to keep feeling anxiety everytime they hang out.
Am I being unreasonable for feeling concerned about this?
It's hard for me to trust that her feelings for him won't resurface...
What should we do? It's probably selfish of me to ask, but I want the best of both worlds. I want to stay in the relationship, but have to feel like this.
2 คำตอบSingles & Dating7 ปี ที่ผ่านมาMy girlfriend says that she needs to hang out with her guy friend?
So, my girlfriend and I have been dating for about 5 months now. We're both seniors in highschool and we're only a few months from graduation.
She recently reconnected with her old best friend that's a guy. It's a long story between them. Things got messy, and they "broke up" because she had feelings for him, but he didn't reciprocate. Now, she wants to become close friends with him again.
Just the other day, they both hung out afterschool for a few hours, as she had told me she was going to. I trust my girlfriend, and I want her to have friends, but her hanging out with other guys makes me feel an anxiety, no matter how you toss the dice, regardless of who it is. I already know the guy very well, and I trust him, but I still don't like it.
I, of course, addressed my concern to her and just said that them hanging out makes me feel uncomfortable. She didn't respond well to this. She got really angry at me and she felt that I was putting her in an ultimatum: where she has to choose between me or him.
It came to the point where it didn't seem like any option would make both of us happy.
I don't want to restrict her freedom, but at the same time, I don't want to feel like I have to share her time with him.
She doesn't want to stop interacting with her best friend, but at the same time, she doesn't want to give me anxiety.
It doesn't seem like there's a compromise, and I don't want to break up.
Am I unreasonable for being concerned?
How should I go about this?
2 คำตอบSingles & Dating7 ปี ที่ผ่านมาShould I rekindle this relationship?
So, I'm a senior in high school this year.
Last year, I had my very first girlfriend, and I was her very first boyfriend.
We dated for about five months before she broke up with me because I wasn't committed enough.
A mistake we made was...we decided we should still try to be friends, immediately after the break-up. I learned my lesson the hard way because...
I..didn't handle it very well. I was really confused and angry so I raged. Hard.
I basically trashed her to her friends and her sister, and sometimes even to her. Not intentionally in mind, it just kind of...happened. I got verbally aggressive through text messages. Poor mistake, I know. I regret it, but it's in the past now.
And now it's about 3 months later and we're back in school as seniors. Well, me and her are in the IB Diploma Program, and for those of you who don't know, it basically means we have a bunch of classes together. I'm not as strong as I thought I would be, and I guess it means I'm not over it.
I feel really uncomfortable and awkward in every class with her, and I'm willing to bet that she's feeling the same, from what I've seen. She's still probably mad at me, as well. We basically try our best not to look at each other and we ignore each other completely.
The last time I heard, she got really mad at me (and I can understand why) and didn't want to talk to me for a long time. I get it, I was an asshole, but now reflecting back upon it, I know I can control myself a lot better than I could before.
Now, my objective is: I don't want her as an enemy. It's bad enough that she's in nearly all my classes, and I don't want to make those classes unbearable than they already are.
If possible, I would like her to be my ally again, or put us on neutral terms at the least.
Regardless if she feels the awkwardness or not, I would like to stop the feeling inside myself. I'm not trying to "win" her back or anything, I just want us to be on okay terms again.
So, what should I do? Can I fix what I did? Can I be forgiven? Should I even bother mending things? If so, how would I do that? In person, or by text? How can I restore my honor? Am I going in the right direction? Should I try to go for this objective right now, or is it a bad time because I'm still not over it? Is there a plan B?
Thank you, and any answers are appreciated!
1 คำตอบSingles & Dating8 ปี ท่ผ่านมาHow do I begin this relationship?
I think it's ironic that I'm asking this question, because I answer questions like these all the time, but I just don't know...
So, just four months ago, I got my heart broken by my first love. I was depressed for a while, but I soon got over it. Not completely, but enough that I feel confident with myself and am truly able to move on.
The situation is...my ex's best friend is bringing home a foreign exchange student to live with her for this coming school year (we're all going to be seniors). Now, this foreign exchange student looks REALLY cute, and in my mind, I was hoping for a potential relationship.
Now, I know absolutely nothing about this girl, we've never even met, all I know is that she's going to be thrown into the social circle of my ex.
Ideally, I wouldn't want to friend her on Facebook and talk to her right away..that's just not my style. I want to make a physical, good first impression with her first before I add her. But there lies the problem.
I don't want to start interacting with her when my ex and her friends are around her because...I'm afraid that might make me look bad, with the whole, "Oh, why are you hitting on some chick in front of your ex? Are trying to make a point or something?" You know how it is. Truthfully, I'm not. I'm not pursuing this girl because she would become my ex's friend. I swear.
I understand it's in the bro code that your bros do not date your ex, but does this apply to chicks as well? If it's in their unwritten "code", I'd rather not mess with it.
How would I begin the interaction between us?
If I can't get that physical interaction, should I just do the Facebook method anyway?
I hope that my question was detailed enough, and I appreciate any answers that I can get. Thanks!
1 คำตอบSingles & Dating8 ปี ที่ผ่านมาHow do I rekindle a friendship?
So, a little while ago, my first girlfriend broke up with me and I had trouble getting through it. But, through the loss of this relationship, I was able to strengthen others.
One of my friends (that is female) understood what I was going through and we got much closer because of how often we talked after that about...well...everything! (Trust me, there's no romance involved, nor do either of us want romance to be involved, so please don't allude to that).
She was going through her own relationship problems, and I helped her as best as I could. However, something happened where...I discussed some of her problems with one of my other friends and she got really mad about it. There was a lot of drama and needless to say...I lost her trust. We distanced very very fast after that. She became one of my closest friends, and she told me I had become one of hers, but then I killed it with my regrettable action. Afterwards, I tried to apologize as much as I could have, and I tried so hard to get her to trust me and talk to me like we used to, but I just couldn't do it.
Four months later, we sort of started talking again. Sort of. On the outside, she seemed to be okay with everything, but on the inside, I could see (and she even told me) that she was still mad at me. She was still mad that I had caused her so much drama, and I told her that I was sorry for that.
As an opening to an attempted friendship, she told me another problem she was going through, only to tell me half of it. All of the sudden, she doesn't talk to me again.
So my question is:
What should I do? How should I proceed from here? Is there any chance of this friendship working again? Should I wait for water to settle, or should I actively attempt to regain her trust?
Any answers will help, thanks.

This is for an experiment.
I was thinking of using Gatorade, but I'm not sure if that has any relation to changing pH levels in the body.
If a person drinks any amount of Gatorade, will his/her pH levels of the body change? (It doesn't have to be a significant amount, it just has to change due to the Gatorade)
If it does, then how does it change the pH levels?
If not, then what can I use as an alternative, (and still explain how it would change pH levels)(It also has to be safe and simple to ingest)?
2 คำตอบChemistry9 ปี ที่ผ่านมาWhat do my dreams mean?
I'm a Junior in High School and I've been having the same dream for the past few months. They're not all exactly the same, but they all share the same concept. I can't seem to get to my class on time. What I mean by they're not the same, is that the reason for me not getting to class varies per dream. No matter what I do to get to class, it doesn't work. Some problem always occurs to stop me. Just recently, I dreamed that I was unable to access my locker: I couldn't get the materials I needed for my next class. I wasn't sure if I forgot the combination or if the locker was just being dumb. The night before, I couldn't remember the room number of my next class, and nobody would help me.
In real life, I never struggled or really had a problem with getting to class on time. I would always get to class on time, and if I didn't, it would be because of a legitimate reason. What do my dreams mean? Why am I having these dreams?
