Does anyone know if a 2002 Saturn Vue has an acess panel for the fuel pump or does the tank have to be removed? Location of inertia-fuel shut off reset?

I have a Pyramid PS 36 KX power supply that was running a cb radio. After transmitting for about 25 seconds the power went out and the warning light and beeper came on. This unit nas built in overload protection and didn't blow the external fuse and has no output voltage or amps.Any ideas?
