Christianity: Why saved and not saved are more emphasized than love and goodness?

Because that is how Paul of Tarsus created the counter movement called christianity to destroy the true message of Jesus and the Nazarenes.

By dumbing it down to symbolism. By turning the belief of Jesus into "saved and not saved" instead of the content and wisdom of his message. Why?

This is the key question and not easily answered until you take a little time to see who Jesus really was- what was his agenda against the Sadducees and how the Sadducees fought back by creating christianity.

Sadly it is a journey of discovery few are willing to take.

When a Christian shares the word (The Bible) with you on salvation, they are sharing love.

I personally lived a very hard life, and I was raised to never believe in GOD'S word. I hated men, food, and trusted NO one. I had many times tried to end my life.

Through GOD'S WORD. And when I tell what GOD'S SON did for me, long before I was, and how I can look back over all the hate I had to endure, I can see where HE was and were HE brought me out of, how HE freed me and how I have peace and I am able to love. I share HIS love every time I share and expose myself and the life HE gave to me.

There is no GREATER love than the LOVE OF GOD. Every time I share a bit of my life with anyone, I am sharing GOD'S grace, HIS mercy, HIS forgiveness, HIS LOVE.

It is so sad, that there are many, who are looking for peace, but reject the peace giver. Instead of considering what a believer tells of the things they endured, they get verbally persecuted and are hated. Yet even though we are rejected we still have PEACE.

Because being saved is more important although they both go together, but not in the way the world sees it. Once saved, that's when a person truly loves people in Christ, and by loving someone this way, we don't want them to go to hell, but instead we want to share with them the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Salvation is love. It is the love of God for his Creation. What humans call love is lust, and what humans call good is selfishness. True love and true goodness come from God only, because true love and true goodness are divine. Humans, in their sinful state, cannot understand divine love and divine goodness. Salvation is a step in the direction toward understanding divine love and goodness. We cannot see God for who he is unless our eyes have been opened by the Holy Spirit, and this takes salvation by the blood of Jesus. I understand things today that I never understood before I was saved. Talk to any Bible-believing Christian and they will tell you the same. There is no salvation apart from the word of God.

Love and goodness are here and now.... saved (or not saved) is forever!

Besides, once you are saved good works follow so you have the best of both worlds.

Because Love and Goodness alone won't get you into Heaven. Salvation is a free gift from God.

Because Jesus message was love and his promise was the Resurrection.

-to be saved is by the love of Jesus and it takes love and care to share it with those that put you down for caring about them. I care about all people and try to help athiests, my Jewish people, Muslims and others=wouldnt Jesus want to save them-in love- well let me think-what did Jesus ever do to save people from hell -including a Jew like me? ummmm -who else came from heaven in true love & lived a sinless life and died in your place to help you believe in him? Jesus said to repent from our sins-even one lie and let him into our heart door to be born again and help us as our personal friend in fellowship with him. John 3 & Revelation 1:1 +3:19&20 ! Jesus came into my heart and is my Messiah now and best friend-I am very happy and He is so wonderful.

Isaiah didnt lie predicting the coming of Jesus & the Jewish people did not tamper with the Hebrew to put this in -which is still in their Jewish Scriptures-if the bible could be tampered with these verses would be the first to be removed.

Jesus speaks of hell in Revelation 19-22 chapters torment forever, gnashing teeth, and weeping, Also he speaks there about the joy of heaven for all who will repent and let him save them and become thier best friend then to share as joint heirs heaven with him! if you think you can reject this and earn heaven-instead of having Him save and help you as your best friend-Jesus came to earth as I quoted predicted by Isaiah to be almighty God for each of us.

I am very much impressed with the LOVE & COMPASSION in Jesus Christ which is not existing in Islam.

What happened to me during last few years?? My excitement to study Qu’ran turned to dismay, emptiness as I progressed more to read and understand the meaning of words. I read about the offensive wars and the bloody conquests made to spread Islam. I turned page after page to read about Muslim attitudes towards "infidels," Christians and Jews who would not convert to Islam.

(Sura 4:34, Dawood) .After reading all this from qur’an my dismay turned to confusion, and confusion to betrayal as I read further, about the life of Prophet Muhammad. How can Muhammad had special privileges, including unlimited concubines and marry stepson’s wife and underaged 9 yr old girl ayesha??

As the Hadith states-thank God today we have prisons for things like this and for those that murder others because they are not of the same muslim sect or whatever.

I am glad as a person I took time to consider what I was taught was wrong when I read the Bible and learned to care about others and know Jesus the Messiah personally as my best friend.
