Hello, I have been vegan for 6 years and vegetarian for 12. I feel amazing! You may be experiencing a deficiency of some kind, I felt tired too before I took some of these steps:
1. Get your omegas. Especially if you are vegan, I think it is one of the most overlooked important things. I get mine from various sources, from ground up flax or chia (or both) seed mixed with smoothie, to flax oil and buttery spreads like Earth Balance (not smart balance if vegan). Also I like to eat raw nut butters which have many enzymes and omegas which are destroyed during the roasting process. (raw almond butter on apples, or raw almond butter on medjool dates yum...)
2. Greens! Various types of greens give me energy. Green Tea, Orac Energy Greens, Spirulina, green leafy lettuces!
Green Tea is something I always like to have daily, although not always caffeinated. It has lots of antioxidants and will make you feel good.
Orac Energy Greens:(or many of these green energy powders you see in the vitamin section of good stores) Orac Energy greens will give you energy AND reserves for later. If you take a dose of this stuff and then do a vigorous activity you WILL notice a difference I promise you...it makes red bull and rockstars look like a joke (seriously all that sugar and high fructose corn syrup..yech)..this is real energy that is sustained and good for you..not harsh chemicals that make you buzz then crash.
Spirulina: while it is in the orac energy greens, if I can't afford the energy greens or am out, this is a nice standby to have on hand...spirulina is a blue green algae and is considered a superfood. read about it!
Green Leafy Lettuce....and salad..daily. Any day that I have a salad I notice I have a ton of more energy..and I feel..I don't know how else to describe it..but cleaner..All the enzymes from fresh living veggies can be greater utilized than cooked or frozen foods...
3. Supplements and vitamins : make sure you are getting enough of what you need..my brother recently notice much fatigue and the doctor told him he had a vitamin D deficiency... and was prescribed a high amount. Also, consider talking with one of the workers at a vitamin section, especially if its at a natural foods store, they will know a vegetarian option for most things.
4. Anti-Oxidants : Goes along with the reason I like green tea, but I also like to incorporate things like goji berries and raw acai paste or juice into my smoothies. other fresh fruits and berries are also chock full anti-oxidants. the more raw things I eat, the better I feel.
5. Exercise! If you can get the time in and you feel up to it, exercise can sort of jump start your metabolism. With my last job I would ride my bike 30 minutes to and from work nearly 5 days a week. Now that I have a new job and must drive, I feel like I always need to be doing because it's like my body got used to making sure I had enough energy for the ride every day. I try to lift weights, even if for just a short while, throughout the week, and also do yard work, walk or ride my bike to the store to keep my metabolism going. Sometimes It will be strange because somedays I will eat so much food I will feel like a such a glutton, but I will also have forgotton that I rode x number or miles or curled these weights x number of times...it's important
6. If all else fails, maybe see a doctor, not to scare you but I have heard that a sign of tiredness can be a low thyroid count, which is a treatable condition.
แหล่งข้อมูล: Lots of this information I discovered by reading The Vegan Sourcebook by Joanne Stepaniak. I also read the ADA paper on a vegetarian diet and have done much personal research being vegan and vegetarian and healthy throughout the years. I have worked in many natural food stores and I like to research quite a bit so people know I am serious about being vegan when it comes time to debate. cheers and best of luck to ye! - ไม่ประสงค์ออกนาม1 ทศวรรษ ที่ผ่านมา
I'm vegetarian for about 12 years and I'm fine..
I just eat a lot of pasta, tomato sauces, roast veg, pizzas, bread, any kinds of vegetarian desserts with meals..
risottos, vege chinese meals, indians as a lot of these are guarenteed vege as theyre hamal ( i think thats right, but religious reasons why there is no meat).
Just read up on what comes from where and try not to exclude any important sources of certain things, protein etc from your diet.
I eat eggs, as long as theyre free range.. these are good, soya based foods... milk.. dairy fulfils lots of what meat leaves out.
Potatoes for carb, beans and stuff is good.
Vege diets tend to be more healthy, so you're in the good side of things to begin with.

Amresh, you should first go see a doctor to be sure that your are ok, and consult a nutritionist for a proper vegetarian diet plan.
All diet plans are not the same because here I would be guessing at what you need.
