Tell me your marching band stories!!!!?

I have sooooo many. especially from last year since we traveled to i think a total of 14 places for trips and performing. but i would say that the one time that really sticks out in my mind was the day of try outs of this year. we had the biggest try out in over 9 years to try out for marching band, and well since this is most of the marching bands last year we decided to play ticks on are section. See are band is so big we cannot just have one day of try outs, we have 2 full weeks of try outs. and me as section leader for the Flutes, i had the most advantage since we had a bunch of puny little girls playing so me and my co-section leader decided to take all the flutes and undo the main screw's and other stuff that they would not recognize, so when we all got to gather to go through the music everyone was off and it was hilarious! Thin we thought it would be cool to change up their main music to go in and change the title from trombone music to Flute and they all did not know the notes because it was too low for them and they could not read it. That was funny to because we had like 5 girls crying because they did not know what they stuff was and they just wanted to make it soooo bad... lol Thin we thought it would be really cool if we were to play this chromatic game, were we sit in a circle and we just go around and say the notes in the chromatic and they all flipped because most of them did not know it so it was funny, i bet we started over at least 200 times. And for 2 full weeks we just killed them with all the jokes and it was just the best 2 weeks EVER! haha but overall all of the flutes made it, but they know now not to mess with their section leader and co-section leader :)

(also all the pranks and stuff we did on thim was alowed becouse are band durecter it the best!!!!!

I have so many more but that is all my hands can type right now and heck i got to go look at all the pic's we took.
