Make the mascara, or put it on? I think putting on a line of the perfect shape wing of eyeliner, just on line, and filing it lightly with very light smoky eyeshadow, and a brush of eyeshadow with do the trick. It gives you that fun, rocker the-night-is-still-young or party kind of girl. It looks really good on everyone, especially dark-haired people. But that doesn't matter, it just looks good on everyone.
