select 2 balls from 1-4, 5 and 2 balls from 6-10

for 5 to be the MEDIAN

Pr = 4c2*1c1*5c2/10c5 = 5/21 <-------

Assuming they're all drawn at once, you need a 5, one ball numbered lower than 5 and one higher, so think of how many ways to draw those types of balls (dividing by 6 so order isn't counted).
