B because the others dont make sense in the english language.

I've corrected the other sentences:

A - Who are you watching the film with?

C - With whom did you watch the film?

I would choose sentence B purely because it sounds more casual and sounds like something I would say. I might say C in some circumstances, but I would never say A.
