Can someone help me on This impossible love story that I'm going through?

Okay so I've been dating this girl for a month and we are both in love but this Friday I saw her boyfriend with her I didn't said nothing but send her a text saying "it must be really cute to have two boyfriends at the sometime" she didn't texted me back but I didn't text her at all but I saw her at a gas station later that day and I didn't say anything, I just went to my car and she came out running and hot in the car with me, I let her in and her face were full of tears never seen someone cry too much I can't get that image of my head, so I told her that It was over I don't play games like that ect, she said that she didn't wanted to leave me that she was in love and I couldn't do that to her (ill skip this part cause is too long ill go the part where I tell her why can't she break up with him) so it turns out that she has been with him for three years and the bastard is a sick perverted ******, she has no feeling for him but hatred and he knows but she tried to leave him many times the first time she tried he showed her a pic of her half naked and threaten to burn her and show it to everyone, they never had sex but one time she tried it with him and it hurt her so she wanted him to stop and fought back but the guy dominated her and well basically raped her and that's when he took the pic. The next time she tried he threaten to murder her because they never had sex again and he wanted to marry her, and she's afraid that he might do something to me, I know there's a solution to this because the guy is a Mexican illegal immigrant and I want to get ICE on him, if there's any thing else effectively to work this out tell me or if there's an organization that helps on this issues, this is all true but the only proof that we have is the text that he sends her threaten her everyday, please someone help!!
