There's no such thing as a "dating age" so you're fine to date, however kissing and touchy feely cross a grey line. That's probably going to ruin the relationship, but feel free to be friends and hangout. Just try not to get too personal until she reaches at least 18. Some states like Texas have the legal age as 17. Check your state laws for legal age. Good luck!
