Why do people not understand?!? £85 million is how much Bale is worth to us and after all, that's all that counts. He has 3 years left, he can attract world class players to the club and he's happy... We don't need to or want to sell him, so that's why his price is £85 million!

I wouldn't pay more than £45 million for Bale, and that's generous.

When United sold Ronaldo at around the same age as Bale now, he (Ronaldo) was the best player in the world at that time, with a double win consisting of the Champions League and the mighty English Premier League. It was also that season Ronaldo won the Ballon d'Or. Bale should definitely not exceed £80 million.
