If they have already said no, then there is no way they are going to budge, but there are some other options that you can explore.

Tell them if they wont let you go out alone, how about they tag along, but they have to remain in the background. They can sort of chaperone from a distance.

They wont hear your conversations, you still get to go on your date and they can still see you.

OR

You invite your GF over and have a picnic outside on the lawn or ask your parents to forfeit the living room/dining room for the evening and let you have your date. You make the place look pretty and you get some nice food, maybe a good movie. Hang out. If your outside, maybe roast some marshmallows etc.

I know you probably already have plans with your gf, but unfortunately parents suck and they have stupid rules that sometimes makes no sense.

Just try and be a little more creative and think outside of the box or in your case, in and around your home.
